SUN DRIED TOMATO PASTA

Ingredients :

- Spaghetti Pasta
- Vegetal Broth
- Sun Dried Tomatoes

It's so easy to make! It's a pasta but you have to cook it like a risotto!
Wash well the tomatoes, they have to take off all their salt.
Put them into a pot with some olive oil and let i cook few minutes.
Then ad the pasta and the vegetal broth. Add the broth few at time until pasta is cooked.
All the broth in the pot must be dry so pasta will be creamy and delicious!
