Feelings

Hey everyone!
I'm here just to say Hi!
Nothing interesting happened recently and I have to admit my life is quite boring now.
I gained my certificate diploma as a vet nurse and I'm happy with it, but I don't know if this is the way I want to follow. I think all the time.. what do I want to do with my life? Where I wanna go? Should I move country? Oh I'd like it! But where?
I know that sometimes you need more "doing" and less "wondering"! I try to do my best all the time but now I feel like I'm depressed, I feel really blue.
I'm trying to getting out of this feeling and it's a real challenge for me, I know a lot of you are struggling with the same feelings and I'd like to know what have you to say about it.
So please if you want to share something feel free to leave a comment and maybe we can help each other!

Sleep well, sleep better

Do you have trouble falling asleep? Yes I do!

Usually I fall asleep around 2.00 AM and wake up in the morning around 8.00AM so my sleeping hours aren't enough! 

I tried to go to bed early but falling asleep taking me hours! 

With these two products my sleep is a little bit better and in the morning when I wake up I feel not so shitty.

Badger Balm - Sleep Balm Lavender and Bergamot 

"Just rub a little balm under nose, on lips, on temples or other pulse points. The aroma calms and relaxes, allowing for a peaceful transition into sleep."

At my local organic shop I found this air spray.

Primavera - Dolci Sogni Aria Spray
"Use organic all relaxed airspray in bedrooms, children's room and to create a motivating, good atmosphere."
I spray once or twice also on my pillow and it's smell lovely and relaxing.

Beauty | My favorite moisturizer : Martina Gebhardt Rose Cream

My skin, it's been a problem for my entire life. I have really sensitive dry skin and I suffer from allergic dermatitis, but this is not enough I have a bit of acne and rosacea! Yes! Jackpot!

Anyway I try to take care of it in the best way I can, I use only organic products, I always remove makeup before going to bed and when the sun shines I always wear sunscreen!

The perfect moisturizer doesn't exist in my opinion 'cause wether and season can change our skin in a lot of different ways and sometime you need to find the right product for your skin in that moment of the year.

I really loved this moisturizer Rose Cream from Martina Gebhardt during my winter. It has a really thick creamy consistency and you have to apply only a little bit to moisturize your skin. A little jar (15ml / 0,54Oz ) lasted for two months using it every day.


Martina Gebhardt is a german brand and its ingredients come from organic and certified biodynamic agriculture. The quality of the stuff inside this little jar is definitely clear and you understand that from the amazing smell of roses, it's incredible! They said "This product contains between 66% and 90% demeter-certified ingredients" and for those of you who want to know the list of ingredients here we are:

CTFA/INCI: Water (Aqua), Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Lanolin, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cera Flava(Beeswax), Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Butter, Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract, Rosa Damascena Flower Extract, Rosa Damascena Oil, Tocopherol, Spagyrische Essenz von Rosa damascena (Rose) Flower, Aurum, Argentum, Sulfat, Geraniol, Citronellol.

I love this product and I really like the brand in general, this was my first jar and I think I will re-purchase this moisturizer for the next winter.
The only advice I can give you is to apply it on wet skin, the cream is so dense that goes definitely better if you wet your skin before. 
Anyway I think it is more suitable for dry,sensitive and mature skin because if you have really oily skin this could be to heavy for you and could occlude your pore.

The Travel Series | Paris

Hey Ho everybody! 

Oh là là! I went in Paris last summer! Yes I did! 

I know you all have already seen a lot of Paris pictures, same Eiffel Tower, same picture of the Louvre, same streets and bla bla bla.

Amazing Ms. Cupcake

Few days ago I've received this vegan recipe book, it's the Ms. Cupcake first book! And I love it!!

The book is absolutely lovely, lots of great pictures and super yummy recipes! Everything is full of details and really well explained! So if you're a dummy please do not despair! You can do it!

There's also a section called "Naughtiest of them all" where you can find super sugary and deep fried amazing food!

As my first try I decided to go for these chocolate chip cookie sandwiches filled with vanilla buttercream icing. I ate them all!
